Per national statistics less then 10% of all homeowners that apply for a loan modification get one. The nonprofits are deluged with homeowners that need help and cannot to keep up with the demand. In our opinion and in light of the statistics, you can not afford to take on your mortgage company on your own.

Foreclosures and short sales are reaching epidemic proportions. The housing sector accounts for approximately 22 percent of the annual GDP. The loss of a home not only affects the homeowner; it affects all financial institutions, the economy, the community and neighboring property owners as well.
